Delete Your Account

You can ask us at any time to delete your Quorix customer account and the personal information we hold about you.

How to delete your account

1. Email quorix.sh@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address linked to your account or orders.
2. We confirm the request is yours by replying to that email address.
3. We delete your account and personal information within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we keep

We keep only what the law requires, such as invoices and order records for tax and accounting purposes, and only for as long as the law requires. If you have an order that has not been delivered yet, we finish handling it before deleting your account.
