Before you buy

• Limit: one per order. If you need a tracker for a second dog, please place a separate order.
• Not a live GPS tracker. It has no GPS or SIM card. Its location updates only when a phone on the same network passes nearby, so in open countryside or quiet rural areas updates may be rare or unavailable.
• No subscription and no SIM card needed.

Safety tips

• Attach it securely to the D-ring of the collar. The tracker contains a coin battery: keep it away from dogs that chew, and contact a vet immediately if it is swallowed.
• Test it around your home before relying on it outdoors.
• Check the battery regularly and replace it when the app shows it is low.
