1. Acceptance of these terms
This store policy and terms of use (the "Policy") apply to every visit to and purchase from Quorix (the "Store", "we", "us"). By entering the Store, creating an account, placing an order or using any product bought here, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store or place an order. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Product images and descriptions are for illustration only
All product images, videos, 3D models, mockups and descriptions on the Store are for illustration purposes only. They are provided to give a general idea of the product and are not a guarantee of its exact appearance, color, size, material, finish, packaging, quantity or features.
- Colors may look different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.
- Sizes, weights and measurements are approximate.
- Manufacturers and suppliers may change the design, materials, packaging or specifications of a product without notice.
- 3D models and "view in your space" previews are digital simulations and may not reflect the real product's exact scale, texture or detail.
A difference between the product you receive and its images or description, as described above, is not a defect and is not grounds for a return, refund or claim.
3. How orders are fulfilled
Products are supplied and shipped by independent third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount charged) if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Delivery times shown in the Store are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, high demand or other events outside our control. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. All sales are final - no returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not give refunds for change of mind, wrong size or color choice, or for products that differ from their illustration images.
The only exceptions are:
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, email us at quorix.sh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will, at our choice, send a replacement or give a refund or store credit. We may ask you to return the item before the claim is completed.
- Items that never arrived. If tracking shows no delivery within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.
- Rights you have by law. Nothing in this Policy removes or limits any right that you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by agreement, including any legal right to cancel a distance purchase. Where such a law applies to you, it applies in addition to this Policy, and the conditions and fees permitted by that law apply.
5. Safe use of products for pets
You are responsible for choosing products that are suitable for your pet's species, size, age, breed, health and behavior, and for using them safely. In particular:
- Always supervise your pet when it uses a new product, toy, chew, accessory or treat.
- Inspect products before and during use. Remove a product immediately if it is worn, broken, or if small parts could be chewed off or swallowed.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and size guidance.
- Products are not veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Ask a veterinarian before using any product if your pet has a health condition, allergy or special need.
- Keep products, packaging and small parts away from children.
By using a product you accept the risks that are normally associated with pet products, including chewing, swallowing, allergic reactions and wear and tear.
6. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, safety for a particular animal, or non-infringement. Any warranty for a product is given only by its manufacturer, if at all.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorix, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness or death of any person or animal, property damage, veterinary costs, loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to the Store, any product, or the use or misuse of any product, even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim.
Some laws do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded or limited. In that case, the exclusions and limits in this Policy apply only to the extent allowed by the law that applies to you. Nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Your responsibility (indemnity)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorix and its owners, employees and partners from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of a product, your failure to follow product instructions or this Policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
9. Prices, payments and errors
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel orders for that product and refund any amount charged. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so that we can try to resolve the issue first.
10. Third-party suppliers and services
Products are made by third-party manufacturers and shipped by third-party suppliers and carriers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, but we will do our reasonable best to help you with any problem that relates to your order.
11. Content and intellectual property
The Store's design, logo, text and graphics belong to Quorix or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
12. Privacy
We collect and use personal information only as needed to process orders, provide support and operate the Store, as described in our privacy policy. Your information is shared with suppliers, carriers and payment providers only as needed to fulfill your order.
13. Governing law and disputes
This Policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quorix is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise. Before starting any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at quorix.sh@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy at any time by posting a new version in the Store. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of this Policy is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
